1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing the KAA ecosystem platform, you explicitly agree to comply with and be structurally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must terminate usage of our listing utilities immediately.
2. Property Listing Rules & Verification
Property managers and landlords are strictly required to provide authentic, up-to-date, and accurate pricing, imagery, and slot availability data for rental units in Taita Taveta (Voi, Mwatate, Wundanyi, Taveta). Bait-and-switch tactics or double-brokered fraudulent listings will result in permanent suspension without a refund.
3. Subscription Tiers & Micro-Transactions
Subscription tier allocations (Free, Silver, Gold) are metered strictly based on property capacity slots. Promotional individual property boosts priced at KES 300 scale visibility parameters for a finite duration of 7 days.
4. Limitation of Liability
KAA acts exclusively as a marketplace connector between local housing providers and digital house hunters. KAA is not liable for structural tenancy disputes, missed rental remittances, or individual property damages.
